Punch list:  Get fenders back from fabricator, test fit and then rechrome.  Seat to be built with custom foam and cover.  Gauges back from restorer.  Measure and adjust front brake lines as necessary.  Mount rear taillight/stoplight.  Fabricate muffler to header packing and clamp.

This is how it stands right now.  I'm at a stopping point until I get parts back from fabricator.

Custom built one of a kind header - 4 into 2 into 1.

Vance & Hines muffler, ceramic coated.

K&N pod filters.

Billet aluminum brake stay arm.  Tungsten grey covers, rechromed brake pedal.

Billet aluminum fuel cap.

I hid the horn in the original air cleaner box.

It has this lid that goes over it.

And this cover.  Seat latch and hinge are in place just waiting for the seat.

NOS signal / horn / beam switch.

NOS kill / start switch.

New instrument light pod.

Both center stand and side stand are operational.

Hard to see, but the top engine breather is coated in the same color as the case covers.  Billet aluminum valve adjustment caps.

New Nissin master cylinder and new lines.

Very bright Halogen headlight.  Front lights have daytime running.

As well as signals.

All lights in pod have been checked and are operational.   Obviously the instruments are missing.

Rechromed chain guard and new 530 o-ring chain.

Bar end mirrors are very adjustable for riding and storage.

Until I get the front fender I can't bend the brake line or determine if the hoses are the correct length.  Things changed a bit with the smaller master cylinder and different bars.  Lines are custom built stainless with a black sheathing.

Clutch, sprocket and stator covers are powdercoated in a Tungsten Gray.  Varnish Blue Side Cover in place.

One size larger rear tire, new brake shoes and Joker Machine brake stay arm.

Bar end mirrors with lot's of adjustability for riding and storage.

Very bright halogen headlight.  You can also see the Nissin front brake master cylinder.  Brake hoses are being built.

All wiring in place, headlight functioning.  Signals also function as running lights.

Signal 'on'.

Other side shot of coated case covers.  Still to come is the derby insert on the stator cover.  All new Alloy Boltz brand fasteners, rechromed shifter mechanism.
