Original
Picture.

This is how it stands right
now. I'm at a stopping point until I get parts back
from fabricator.

Custom built one of a kind
header - 4 into 2 into 1.

Vance & Hines muffler, ceramic
coated.

K&N pod filters.

Billet aluminum brake stay
arm. Tungsten grey covers, rechromed brake pedal.

Billet aluminum fuel cap.

I hid the horn in the original
air cleaner box.

It has this lid that goes over
it.

And this cover. Seat
latch and hinge are in place just waiting for the seat.

NOS signal / horn / beam
switch.

NOS kill / start switch.

New instrument light pod.

Close up of the billet turn
signals.

Tungsten gray stator and
sprocket covers.

Both center stand and side
stand are operational.

Side shot of the stainless
tube Tri-Y header. Coated in ceramic high heat.

Hard to see, but the top
engine breather is coated in the same color as the case
covers. Billet aluminum valve adjustment caps.

One of the brake lines that
will get put into place once I have the front fender.

New Nissin master cylinder and
new lines.

Very bright Halogen headlight.
Front lights have daytime running.

As well as signals.

All lights in pod have been
checked and are operational. Obviously the
instruments are missing.

Rechromed chain guard and new
530 o-ring chain.

Bar end mirrors are very
adjustable for riding and storage.

Until I get the front fender I
can't bend the brake line or determine if the hoses are the
correct length. Things changed a bit with the smaller
master cylinder and different bars. Lines are custom
built stainless with a black sheathing.

Picture of bike as reassembly
takes place.

Clutch, sprocket and stator
covers are powdercoated in a Tungsten Gray. Varnish
Blue Side Cover in place.

One size larger rear tire, new
brake shoes and Joker Machine brake stay arm.

Bar end mirrors with lot's of
adjustability for riding and storage.

Very bright halogen headlight.
You can also see the Nissin front brake master cylinder.
Brake hoses are being built.

All wiring in place, headlight
functioning. Signals also function as running lights.

Signal 'on'.

Other side shot of coated case
covers. Still to come is the derby insert on the
stator cover. All new Alloy Boltz brand fasteners,
rechromed shifter mechanism.

Rechromed chain guard and new
530 o-ring chain.

Shot of larger rear tire.

Powder coated centerstand.

New indicator light housing,
all lights function.

My camera doesn't pick up the
true color in the flourescent lights in my shop.

Joker Machine brake stay arm.

Joker Machine valve adjustment
caps.

K&N Air Filters. I'll
oil them up prior to firing the engine.

Original handlebars on top,
stainless bars on bottom. Markings are for holes to be
machined for wire routing.
